FEASIBILITY OF PAYING SMALL UPFRONT FEE
BANK CONFIRMATION FOR UPFRONT FEE BG-SBLC LEASE AT 6+2
DOA MONETIZATION AT 55%-8%=47% NET LTV AFTER MONETIZER INTERVIEW ON YOUR PROJECT
Our Deed of Agreement contains following clauses:
Within three banking days of this Agreement being lodged with the two party’s respective banks, the Provider’s Bank shall send a RWA Letter via bank secure email/fax to the Borrower’s Bank. A courtesy copy of the RWA Letter shall be sent to the Borrower via email. The Provider shall also send a signed and sealed Refund Guarantee Letter (as security for payment of the transmission fee) to the Borrower via e-mail." "Borrower Upon receipt of the RWA Letter via bank email, and Refund Guarantee Letter via corporate email, the Borrower shall instruct their remitting bank to send the transmission fee by wire transfer (USD/EUR; 5M-20M=20K, 21M-30M=30K, 31M-50M=50K, 51M-100M=100 K, 101M-250M=150K, 251M-500M=200K) to Provider’s nominated account and a copy of the transfer receipt shall be provided to the Provider via e-mail."
"Note: The RWA is confirmable by the Lessee's Bank ( Bank to bank) as long as the Provider is copied in all correspondence between both bank officers.”
Usually clients do not want to take the risk of paying Upfront Fee fearing it being lost. Above clauses ensure that your Upfront Fee will be in safe hands. There will be Bank to Bank contact and Bank assurance that the Upfront Fees will be used for issuing SBLC. This is the meaning of Provider Bank RWA, Provider Bank will inform to your bank that it is Ready, Willing and Able to issue SBLC if you pay Upfront Fee. You cannot get such a Bank assurance from any other Provider.
If you still want Bank to Bank confirmation about it, your Bank can directly contact Provider Bank and get it confirmed.
Secondly, Lease price is so competitive that it is usually offered by fake Providers only, 6+2 only. Other genuine Providers are offering 10+2. It means 4% less. In this case, you will get $20 Million extra in the Monetization of a $500M SBLC.
Moreover, if you do not want to take big risk, you can have your 1st Tranche with a smallest Upfront Fee of $20,000 for a SBLC of $20 Million.
It is Monetized by us at 55% LTV. We deduct SBLC price 8% from it and you get a net income of (55-8=)47%. It means you get over 9 Million dollars cash remittance just by paying only $20,000 in 1st Tranche. You can have 2nd and 3rd Tranches also if your project requires more cash.
But describe your Project in detail. Provider and Monetizer will proceed only if they are satisfied with the feasibility of your Project, Please send it separately on your company letterhead. Monetizer will not sign Monetizing Agreement, if he his not satisfied. If necessary, he may interview you over Skype about your Project.
