I know a trustworthy Arab Provider for over 15 years. His price is 42+2, much better than the other 2, who want 48+2 and 50+2. 

 

If you want POF, BPU etc. Price cannot be less than 48+2 and 50+2. Moreover such procedures never close successfully.

His price for Lease is 12+2. The procedure for both is the same as below.
